Italian Orders

Please note that our standard delivery is estimated to arrive in Italy within 24/48 hours (excluding remote areas and islands)

The courier we usually use to send parcels in Italy (and from which you will receive an email notification) is SDA and tracking number.

Please provide your mobile number at checkout in order to receive info and be contacted by the courier.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped out through UPS (or with alike top carrier), and are estimated to arrive, depending on location, according to the below list:


UPS Standard: 2/4 days

UPS Express: 2/3 days


UPS Express: 2/3 days


UPS Expedited 5/7 days

Please remember to provide your mobile number at checkout in order to be contacted by the courier to ensure successfull delivery.

With respect to extra EU orders, please be aware that Favette will not be held liable for any local custom duties or taxes on your parcel or goods upon delivery.

With respect to USA orders, please note that if your order is over $800 you will be charged import duties of 20-30% on arrival (however you will not be charged any VAT, which will be deducted at checkout from the standard price).

General Rules for National and International Orders

Please note that the time of delivery is calculated on a Monday - Friday (working days) basis from despatch to courier.

Any orders received before 1pm (italian time) will be dispatched to the courier on same day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched to the courier the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 1pm on Friday, it will be dispatched the following Monday and arrive by max Wednesday.

Please note also that order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or special situations, such as the current pandemic working limitations. 

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch to the courrier.  

We are not responsible for any delays or extra cost caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Once items have been dispatched to the courrier, we are unable to redirect orders.


Monogrammed pieces and orders with specific embroideries will be dispatched within 10 days max. from order receipt and will not be returnable.
