Returns

Due to some boarder and shipping restrictions based on the current Covid 19 situation we may have some limitations or delays to process returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges will be temporarily handled on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that monogrammed or specifically embroidered pieces are made unique for you and can not be returned.

We agree to reimburse or exchange any product delivered to you that arrives to you in a faulty or damaged condition, or is not as described on our website. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase.

You can exchange or refund any not worn, undamaged product purchased from us as long as it is returned and received by us clean, unused and in their original conditions from the registered purchaser within 14 days from receipt of purchase.  

Return of clean, unused and undamaged goods for exchange/refund is entirely at your cost and risk: we do not refund any courier, packing or postage charges.

In order to return your product, please notify us in advance (before mailing) at assistance@favette.com and you will receive promptly by e-mail the instructions for returning your item.
