For available products, we hand over the delivery to the carrier (usually UPS express) within the same of order if placed by 11.30 am local time. Exceptionally delivery time may take longer. For pre-ordered products, the production time is 2 weeks, after which the product is handed over to the carrier for delivery.

Return & exchange
